There are Six Main Factors to consider when purchasing an Inversion Table:

1. Features: Not every Inversion Table is created equal.  Better Inversion table brands like Teeter offer high-quality tables, that fold down for easy storage, also preset rotation controls that allows you to pre-determine your maximum angle while inverting.

2. Budget: We understand that during these hard economic times, a budget is still mandatory. Most Inversion Tables range from $150 to $600 or more for higher-end Inversion Tables. You can’t really put a price on solving your back pain but that does not mean you have to break the bank on this purchase.  You can still get a high quality Inversion Table for around $300-$350.

3. Quality: Most Inversion Tables are made from steel. But the quality of steel used and how well your inversion table is assembled also plays a critical role in the long-term durability and safety of the Inversion Table. Good Inversion Tables will also have a warranty.  This shows the the manufacturer’s confidence in their product.

4. Control: Using an Inversion Table can be discomforting until your body becomes used to the change. Gradually increasing the angle of inversion allows your body to get used to inverting at its own pace. In the beginning try inverting only to 20-30 degrees.  Do this for the first few weeks. This will allow your body to get used to inversion.  You will still get improved circulation and a mild stretch. You will experience the most benefit from an Inversion Table at 60 degrees.  You may also want the option however to hang completely upside down eventually for strengthening purposes. Look at tables that provide a full-range of inversion angles at the same time allow you to easily control the angle of incline.

5. Comfort: Most Inversion tables should come with some form of padding. The most important factor to comfort however is how secure and comfortable you feel while using the Inversion Table. Make sure first that your feet and ankles are secured without pinching. A wide and sturdy base also provides more stability.

6. Trust: Make sure that you purchase from an E-commerce retailer that you can trust.  We recommend Netshops because they are an industry leader in e-commerce.  They provide great customer service and will make sure that your shopping experience goes smoothly.  Even if you find another place that may save you a few dollars, you risk the chance of never getting your product or even worse, fraud.
